| Accommodation Choice. There is a Party House where those who wish to stay up a little later than others can gather. Other accommodation areas are designated as quiet areas, and we do our best to separate the two with a little distance so people are not disturbed. Please select your option below. There are only 20 spaces in the Party House, so the first 20 who register will be given the choice of being in the Party House. You can select quiet but still attend the after party parties, but PLEASE be aware of others regardless of which option you choose, particularly when returning from the Party, others will be asleep, so keep the noise to a minimum.

| Please list ALL dietary requirements or allergies, we try to cater for everyone’s needs, but we do need to know if you have any specific requirements. This is not about food likes and dislikes, there is usually a good choice of food available, with the exception of the Fri night meal where we preselect a menu, but even then we accommodate allergies and dietary requirements if we know about them as well. Tick all appropriate from the list below, add others as required and please add specific requirements relating to your particular condition as necessary. |

| We have done our best to pick people up in the past, but have found that it takes us away from the University, just when we need to be there in the middle of organising things, and although we have had great support from our friends in doing this as well, we feel reluctant to keep imposing on them to give up their fun time to do the same.So, this year, we are asking you to please make your own way from and back to Leicester Rail or Bus station, but have added a taxi share forum so those arriving and departing at either can perhaps organise themselves to meet up on arrival and come along together.We will still do our best to arrange to collect those who are arriving at either Birmingham or East Midlands airport, so if you are coming by air, please let us know your arrival details when known. |
